Business Body Language and Posture Art of Sitting, Standing and Walking Effective Introductions and Greetings.
The Handshake the correct way of doing it. Exchanging business card. General office courtesies: Meetings, Boardroom, Conferences seating protocol. Etiquette related to business, Entertaining and Networking. Use of names and titles. Small talk. Gender sensitive etiquette. Self-promotion. Workplace manners. How to handle gossip, excessive Baggage. Organize your office. Handling complaints.
Module 3: Social Etiquette
Etiquette at a restaurant, at a breakfast meeting. Telephone protocol. Email etiquette. Networking online Etiquette.
Module 4: Communication of Clothes: International Style Scale
This is conducted at the client's residential address. We help in clustering of clothes, finding good mix and match, decluttering and organising the wardrobe. A brief introduction to building a wardrobe using cluster concept for more variety in clothing across different levels of the Style Scale. Get more variety and versatility with few pieces of clothing.
Module 5: Attractive Dressing as per Body Shape
Understanding the concept of Body shape and art of Dressing as per the same for attractive appearance. Details of each shape with countering and repeating techniques will be discussed.
Personal StyleA Personal Style assessment is done. Understanding their personal style. How to build their personal style, look authentic and unique.
Module 6: Wardrobe Consultation
This is conducted at the client's residential address, we help in clustering of clothes, finding good mix and match, decluttering and organizing the wardrobe. A brief introduction to building a wardrobe using cluster concept for more variety in clothing across different levels of the Style Scale. Get more variety and versatility with few pieces of clothing.
Grooming and accessories: Grooming Tips, Hair and skin suggestions. How to accessorise and look your best.
Module 7: Personal Shopper
We help the client to choose appropriate clothing for the right occasions according to their body type, making them look Attractive, Authentic, Appropriate and at the same time we ensure that the clothes are Affordable, which is done according to the complete satisfaction of the client. We also customise clothes for the clients.
Module 8: Project the Right Image through Art of Verbal and Vocal Communication
While appropriate appearance and body language form the visual part of any communication in a meeting, vocal communication skills are absolutely irreplaceable. This module helps the participants to be more aware of the subject and enhance his or her personal Communication skills through elements of Communication, barriers of Communication, Communication styles & traits, constituents of Verbal Communication, verbal, nonverbal and para verbal Communication, and the Art of listening.

Module 9: Colour Concept and Hierarchy Appropriate Body Language
Objective: Most of the time people are unaware of their gestures and the signals they send across. Projecting Appropriate Body Language helps one create the right impression and the right climate for a serious conversation. Positive Body Language is a must in any situation. Delegation of responsibilities becomes easier through positive body language. It can also help in conveying respect.
Learning: This module will cover the Art of sitting and standing, Gestures, Facial expressions, Postures, Proxemics, Haptics, Appearances, etc. Positive Body Language is liked by other people and hence, the person carrying a Positive Body Language gets more attention and favour in any discussion.
Module 10: Colour Concept and Hierarchy
Insight into the Colour Concept, messages conveyed by colours, etc.
The participant will be able to project the right authority through colour.
Best Colour theory tutorial. A customized Colour analysis. Selecting your best colour palette. How to incorporate colours in your wardrobe? Colour psychology.
Module 11: Dining Etiquette and Silverware Etiquette
Participants learn to project the right image with appropriate and impressive dining table manners. Participants learn more about seating, table setting, napkin usage, table manners, serving food, passing food, types of menus, etc. Table set up demo, handling cutlery are some of the things learnt in this module. A hands-on, practical, fine dining experience is possible.
Formal, multicourse, sit down dinner- protocol and procedures. Place setting and dinner placements. Buffet meals- The dos and don'ts of it. Use of crockery, cutlery, glassware, napkins, at formal and informal meals. Eating Etiquette practical session on eating with forks, knives, spoons, chopsticks and bowls. Finger foods -food that should be eaten with fingers. Eating Indian meals and Etiquette related to it. Information about different foods.
Body Language at a dinner table. Toasting and protocol related to a very formal invite. Beverages classification of alcoholic beverages.

Participants will be able to project the right image through their behaviour and be a role model for children, family and colleagues by conducting themselves in the apt manner in all situations. This module covers General Etiquette, Social Etiquette, use of names and titles, small talk and conversation guide, gender neutral Etiquette, gender specific Etiquette, mobile phone Etiquette, driving Etiquette, Netiquette, etc.
